Did you know that if you saved $500 a month over 30 years at a 6% return, it would be worth $502,000, but if you started just 10 years later, it would be worth only $231,000...LESS THAN HALF! This is called the "magic of compounding." The earlier you begin, the better off you'll be.
The same is true of our time. How much more progress would you have made in your fitness, relationships, business, book idea, finances, etc. had you just started sooner? So often people realize that they've wasted their time and then decide that it's too late to make a difference - this couldn't be further from the truth.
Stop putting things off, making excuses, and feeling sorry for yourself. Just get started and stay consistent. Your future self will be glad you did.
