THE CHALLENGE JOURNAL is a 30 day journal that helps you set, track, and achieve your goals one 30 day period at a time. It is intended to inspire discipline, provide accountability, and measure growth through incremental and sustainable actions in your daily life. You will define your own daily challenges up front and record each day's progress using the included Day Tracker. Guaranteed to get results if you put in the work - we can't do that part for you.
The contents include:
- CHALLENGE CONTRACT: Sign an agreement with yourself and an accountability partner committing to completing each of your challenges
- PROGRESS TRACKER: Mark off each completed day of your challenge
- DEFINE YOUR CHALLENGES: Using our "What, Why, How, When" Challenge Frame, you define what your challenges are. Go at your own pace, and determine what is important for you to be focusing on with each 30 DAY CHALLENGE you do.
- SET PENALTIES: For each daily challenge you create for yourself, if you don't complete it, then there should be a penalty to "buy back in" to continue. The penalties you set for yourself should be significant enough to make you want to stay on track.
- DAY TRACKER: Spend some time and reflect on the tasks for the day. Successes, failures, epiphanies, personal records, ideas, etc. This is your time to summarize your day.
- 10 DAY ASSESSMENTS: Every 10 days you'll have the ability to assess your progress up to that point. Day 10, 20, and 30 are check-in's designed to gauge your mental state, perspective on the challenges in general, and areas for growth.
